The organization Save the Children is angered by the lack of an age limit in the definition of child pornography. Norway's Justice Department interprets the law to mean that sexual maturity defines child pornography.
"This is unequal treatment of children. To say that a picture of a child is not child pornography because the girl is more developed than her contemporaries is a misrepresentation of the problem. The sexual minimum age of 16 should apply," said Elizabeth Skogrand, project leader in Save the Children (Redd Barna).
Ooooh-kay. How exactly do you proceed to ask a person in a picture their age?
