I resent this headline

Report: Building collapses in Norway by CNN.
The headline makes it sound like something like the collapsing apartment complexes in Turkey, where buyers and builders had shared the money that should have been used for structural support. The story here is that a huge freaking boulder from the mountainside crashed into the building, demolishing the ground floor and parts of the first flor above, and the building still stood so the people in the upper floors could get out unharmed. I'd like to hear that happening anywhere else. Norwegian buildings are constructed to withstand the kind of earthquake that would devastate Tokyo og San Fransisco, even though we are far from any earthquake zone.
