Work

I wasn't sure whether I should go to work today. When I got up, my stomach was amazingly fine, but my guts hurt. They were not particularly active or anything, just quietly hurting here and there. They still are. I'm not sure whether I'm going to work tomorrow either. There is a pretty important task that should be done tomorrow. And most likely there is no one else who can do it.

On a related note, there seems to be more than 100% work for me now, and I'm still in a 90% employment. (Somewhat to my surprise they extended the reduction without me having to apply for it this year.) So anyway, I seem to be working on average an hour or two too much each day. It is kind of nice to be on the plus side, but we don't get paid for that. We just work that much less on some other occasion. You can save up those hours for up to a year, but you can't have more than ... I think it is 45 hours, but I haven't really run into it so did not pay full attention. I'm still only halfway to that, though. Anyway, you just take the time off when it is less hectic. The big question is of course whether that will ever happen. Probably for me, if I make sure to not accept any new responsibilities. But upping my district from 4 to 30 municipalities does make the day a fair bit busier, I dare say.
