After I returned to work for the new year, I now sleep in the evening and wake up in the night (like, 1AM or so). So when I go to work, I have already been up for a long time, and when I go home I am tired and don't stay up long. This is opposite of normal and will likely switch around either this weekend or the next. Changing over in the work week is harder.
