Bird seed - really satisfies!

I bought a delicious rye bread made with liquid leavening. These keep fresh and rich in taste longer than the usual wheat and yeast breads. But I am not kidding myself: The real reason why I bought it again was the sunflower seed bits that are liberally sprinkled in the bread.

It has been four years now that I am unable to eat more than a few grams of fat each meal. I am pretty much used to it, but my body still gets very happy when given anything fat, even nuts or seeds. Sunflower seeds are quite fatty indeed, and no doubt that is why they are so delicious. Either that, or I'm going to grow wings really soon now...
