Porcupine

With dreams like that, a novel should be small fry

Overslept by several hours (I shall have to move the clock further away I guess) and dreamt a long and horribly complex dream in which a young girl killed her date and cut his face to pieces, then ran away. When she was later brought to the scene of crime and confronted, she started to eat the pieces. It was kinda disgusting, what with the flies around and all. I wondered, if I went back in time and prevented this crime, would she just kill him some other time, or kill someone else? Was she predetermined to become a murderess? I woke up before deciding, but I was leaning toward not changing the past, since this was the second timestream in which she had done this.

I've been drooling over NaNoWriMo, but as usual for small web actions they depend on PayPal, which absolutely refuses to recognize my credit card. Oh well. It's not like I'm not always writing anyway.
