I woke up this morning feeling as if my lungs were too small. That is pretty exactly how it felt, like I could not get enough air. I tried breathing in as deeply as I could, but it made very little difference. This continued through the workday. When I walked it was a bit worse, but not proportionally, so I quickly suspected that it was not actually my lungs. When I came home, I checked my pulse and it was also normal. I assume my heart would beat a lot faster if my body needed more oxygen. So presumably it is all in my head, metaphorically. Also, I feel like yawning all the time. Doing that helps for a breath or two. It is not as bad as it was though. When I meditate I hardly feel anything at all.
